RECEPTA EN CATALÀ
Canelons
INGREDIENTS:
– 3
llaunes de tonyina (de les petites)
– 2
ous durs
–
10 olives
sense pinyol
–
Mitja ceba
–
200 g de tomàquet triturat
–
10 plaques de canelons
–
formatge per gratinar
–
Mantega
–
Oli, sal i pebre
Per
a la beixamel:
–
40 g de mantega
–
40 g de farina
–
Poc
textura adequada. Salpebrem la beixamel, i la reservem.
Mentre
Enfornem
a 220ºC a dalt i a baix durant uns 10 minuts, i ho deixem 5 minuts
més al gratinador.
RECIPE IN ENGLISH
Cannelloni
INGREDIENT:
-
2 hard boils
-
10 olives without pineapple
-
Half onion
-
200 g of chopped tomatoes
-
10 cannelloni plates
-
Gratin cheese
-
Butter
-
Oil, salt and pepper
For
béchamel sauce:
-
40 g of butter
-
40 g of flour
-
400 ml of milk
PREPARATION
We
will start preparing the bixamel, undoing the butter in a saucepan
and adding the flour. We will let it cook slowly until you lose your
taste.
Little
by little, and without stopping to stir, we will put hot milk (alert
so that it does not boil us when it is heated), until it reaches the
appropriate texture. Salpebrem the bechamel, and we reserve it.
As
long as we put the hard boiled eggs, in a pan with some oil we will
smother the carved onion very small, and we will add the crushed
tomato, until it is ready. We will withdraw from the fire.
Peel
hard boiled eggs and cut into small pieces, just like olives. Add to
the sliced tomato together with four tablespoons of the sauce
that we had prepared, and the tuna (from which we have sliced the
oil). We reserve the filling.
Cut
the cannelloni plates as indicated on the package, put them in a bowl
with cold water for a moment, and we leave them in a bowl of thread
to drain them. We fill them with the tuna filling,
we screw them, and put them on a baking sheet filled with a little
bit of bechamel.
We
cover the cannelloni with the rest of bechamel, we put cheese on top
of the grill (we have also grated some parmesan cheese), and a few
pieces of butter.
We
fry at 220ºC up and down for about 10 minutes, and leave it for 5
minutes at the grater.
RECETA
EN CASTELLANO
Canelones
INGREDIENTES:
-
3 latas de tonina (de las pequeñas Rondonia)
-2
huevos duros
-
10 aceitunas sin hueso
-
Media cebolla
-
200 g de tomate triturado
-
10 placas de canelones
-
queso para gratinar
-
Mantequilla
-
Aceite, sal y pimienta
Para
la bechamel:
-
40 g de mantequilla
-
40 g de harina
-
400 ml de leche
PREPARACIÓN
Comenzaremos
